Wanting this dream to come a reality, she designed her life knowing this this was her “big why.”
In 2013, Bernice became a licensed real estate broker and hit the ground running knowing that this would be the tool that would lead to an even bigger success.
After 6 months, she partnered up with a more experienced agent in her firm and together they grew 50% in sales just 2 years. Together they worked with more than 100 buyers and sellers a year while teaching classes and giving back to their community.
As the team grew and they worked with more clients a year, Bernice noticed there was a lack of educational tools for buyer’s agents and Bernice set out to create a buyer consult and buyer agent system that was streamlined and could take the 100+ buyers she was working with a year. Jotting down every time a buyer wasn’t clear on an expectations, any “fire” she needed to put out, and creative ways to streamline the buying process, Bernice was averaging 72 hours from when she met her client, to their offer going pending on their dream home and on average viewing only 4 homes that they absolutely loved.
With her dream of owning a wedding venue always as the goal, Bernice saved up and started looking for the perfect property.
In 2018, a 100 year old red barn on five acres in Murfreesboro Tennessee came up for sale. The moment she pulled up the long, tree lined driveway, she knew. This was exactly what she was looking for her whole life, and real estate was the tool that helped her find it.
Generating revenue from a large real estate referral base, Bernice now lives on her little farm where she throws events, weddings and enjoys her evenings under the stars.
She is very passionate about helping others achieve their goals and bring out their full potential.
